Whats in a Smoothie Bomb?
There are 10 natural ingredients in each flavour, such as nutrition-rich powders, nuts and seeds and dried fruit. They have been designed by a nutritionist to give to you the perfect dose of all the good stuff in your smoothie.
How do I use a Smoothie Bomb?
Crumble 1 Bomb into your blender
Add 1 piece of fruit and 250ml of liquid
Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth

How many Bombs do I get per pack?
We have 2 size variations. Our iconic tubes contain 5 Bombs (5 smoothies worth). Our bulk packs contain 25 Bombs (25 smoothies worth).
How do I store my Smoothie Bombs?
Once opened, store the Bombs airtight. Make sure they are in a cool, dark place at 18°C or below. We use glass jars and store them in our pantry at home.
Are the Smoothie Bombs suitable for health intolerances?
Our products are vegan, gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free. All of them are paleo except The Warrior which contains peanuts.
Are these safe to use while I'm pregnant/breastfeeding?
We'd recommend all flavours except The Warrior Peanut Butter. It contains maca powder (a natural hormone regulator) which has some mixed reviews during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
How long will it take for my Smoothie Bombs to arrive?
In Australia, orders from from WA, QLD and NT will be sent via express post. Orders from VIC, NSW and SA will arrive in 3 – 5 working days.
For New Zealand, orders with standard shipping will arrive in 3-5 working days.
For Asia Pacific, orders with standard shipping will arrive in 5-12 working days.
For Western Europe, orders with standard shipping will arrive in 5-12 working days.
For North America and The Middle East, orders with standard shipping will arrive in 7-12 working days.
For the rest of the world, orders with standard shipping will arrive in 8-14 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number from us. Please note: If an order is made on a Friday afternoon, your parcel will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Where is my order/tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email or Messenger. If tracking does not register instantly, give it some time to be checked with Australia Post. You can track your Smoothie Bombs on the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html

Can I return my order?
We have a strict 14 day return policy if the item is faulty (providing it is unopened). As it is a perishable food product we can not accommodate a refund if you simply change your mind.
What do I do if my parcel is missing?
Let us know here. We are happy to initiate investigations with the courier and do our best to locate the missing goods.
Please note that by giving us the permission to use 'Authority to Leave (ATL)' with your order, all insurance cover for loss of goods will no longer apply. Neither The Smoothie Bombs nor Australia Post will be liable for any damages or loss of goods after order is delivered with ATL is applied.
What types of payment do you accept?
Our online store accepts Paypal payments in addition to credit/debit card payments. We also offer Afterpay. Read more about it below.
How does Afterpay work?
Afterpay is awesome because it allows you to pay in installments. For purchases over $100 Afterpay will automatically make 4 interest-free payments fortnightly. As a single mum, I find this really helps when money is tight. Make sure to select Afterpay at the checkout for this option.
Is there somewhere I can buy them in person?
We are stocked in 300 good food stores, as well as every Chemist Warehouse in Australia. If you'd like them in your local shop, ask to get them in. Get in touch here if you'd like to know where your local stockist is.
