A delicious dairy and egg free banana bread for all the family to enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 cups self raising flour
1 & 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oil of choice (rice bran or melt your butter alternative)
3-4 ripe bananas, mashed (depending on size, I used 3 big bananas)
1/4 cup water
3 teaspoons of Bliss Bombshell Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and lightly grease a 23cm round baking pan
2. In a small bowl combine the flour, baking powder, Bliss Bombshell, cinnamon and salt. In a seperate large bowl, whisk together the sugar and oil, then add mashed bananas. Add water and stir to combine.
3. Add the wet mixture to the flour mixture and stir to combine until wet.
4. Bake for 45 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
